The House of PLLA Pilleo Mask is a collagen-inducing treatment without any downtime or needles. Pilleo, meaning filler in Korean, is a non-invasive, anti-aging skin treatment that softens fine-lines & wrinkles by plumping, and adding volume back to the face, neck, décollete, and even the hands. 

The House of PLLA Pilleo Mask is comprised of the highest concentration of Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), a biocompatible ingredient used by surgeons in dissolvable sutures and soft tissue implants. In this case however, PLLA is applied topically with a blend of other anti-aging ingredients, followed by the patented, encapsulated hydrogen mask that drives key ingredients deep into the skin. A fusion plasma and microcurrent device is also used in this innovative treatment to create tiny microscopic channels to ensure maximum ingredient penetration, and strengthen & tone facial muscles. 

Poly-L-Lactic Acid is a biodegradable polymer derived from lactic acid. PLLA can have a variety of molecular weights, similar to hyaluronic acid. Due to its biocompatibility, this compound can completely dissolve in the human body, making it highly versatile in modern medicine. As a result, you can find this in sutures, pins, plates, screws, and other surgical applications. While it has over 30 years of history in clinical usage, PLLA has only found it’s place in aesthetics within the last 10-20 years.   

PLLA was first approved for soft tissue augmentation in 1999 to help correct cosmetic blemishes/imperfections like wrinkles and scars. It wasn’t until 2004 that the FDA cleared it for use in US. It has since been used in procedures all around the country under the brand name Sculptra. Similar to other dermal fillers, Sculptra injections fill in hollow, sunken areas of the face to achieve a more youthful appearance.

Lira Clinical Hybrid Treatment is a corrective facial infused with a peel solution. Combining a peel with a specific Lira skincare product allows the skin to be introduced to more advanced treatments, while limiting inflammation. This is a great way to introduce your skin to the advanced ingredients in peels.

These unique facials provide immediate visible results to all global skin. These year round treatments allow us to perform a corrective treatment on any skin type or condition regardless of whether the skin is conditioned or “prepped” for a peel. Hybrid treatments begin the in-clinic skin conditioning process preparing the skin for more aggressive treatments, and also maintain results.

We recommend getting at least one Hybrid Treatment while also using specific skincare products at home to prep your skin for your peel.

The 3D Peel Series utilizes three different peel solutions to target three primary goals: Correct, Brighten, and Hydrate. To correct, we use the Sal Pulp Peel that‘s powered by Salicylic Acid, Retinol, and loaded with antioxidants, peptides, and minerals. Sal Pulp is the perfect solution for oily, acneic, and pigmentation concern skin types. 

The second peel in the 3D Series, is for brightening. We use the Lactic Clear Solution for this step, a pro favorite for addressing hyperpigmentation, acne, and early signs of aging. This solution blends Lactic Acid, Mandelic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, Phytic Acid, with brightening botanicals to brighten and hydrate all skin types. 

For the third and final treatment in the series, the Vita Brite Peel is the star of the show. This exclusive formulation blends the power of MASQ-tech with L-ascorbic and Mandelic Acid’s, creating a universal, effective resurfacing solution that can be used on any skin type or condition to brighten, firm and hydrate.

Glo & Go peel’s are the perfect option for a “lunchtime” peel. A gentle, yet effective way to rejuvenate the skin with minimal downtime. These treatments use milder exfoliation techniques that can be great for addressing the early signs of aging, uneven skin tone, clogged pores, and dull lifeless skin. Mild peels are safe for most skin types, and are ideal for first-time clients or those looking for a subtle refresh. Always done best in a series of 3-6 treatments, you’ll enjoy a more radiant, glowing complexion while supporting long-term skin health. Power Peel’s are an advanced resurfacing treatment designed for skin in need of deeper correction. This service targets concerns like stubborn pigmentation, more advanced signs of aging, more severe forms of acne, acne scarring, and uneven texture. With a range of high performance clinical and medical-grade chemical peels, we are able to truly customize your treatment plan to tackle your skin‘s specific needs, delivering powerful exfoliation and rejuvenation. We also offer the flexibility to customize your peel series by alternating or combining different peel formulations for skin‘s changing needs. This tailored approach allows us to target multiple concerns, enhance results, and ensure your skin receives the optimal level of correction at every stage of your treatment plan. 

Ideal for those seeking more dramatic results, Power Peel’s reveal a smoother, brighter, and more even complexion. The downtime/recovery for a deeper exfoliation can vary peel to peel, but on average you can expect anywhere from a few days to a week of shedding as your skin regenerates and heals. Initially you may experience redness, tightness, and a sensation similar to a sunburn. Around day 3-5 post-treatment you can expect to start seeing the skin flake as it sheds the outer layers, revealing fresh, new skin. Since chemical peels are lifting things like pigment, scars, and fine lines from the deeper tissues of the skin, it will almost always require a series of 3-6 treatments, that will be spaced 2-4 weeks apart, depending on the peel used. You can expect to start seeing any potential pigmentation as it lifts from the deeper layers to the surface of the skin, and may appear darker as it lifts. Don’t panic, this is normal and expected. But if there are any concerns at all during the process, I am ALWAYS available to help in any way I can. Durian this time, it’s essential to follow post-care instructions, including using the aftercare products in your kit, staying hydrated, and avoiding sun exposure. While downtime varies by individual and peel, most clients find the results well worth the very short recovery process.

• LaZer Peel- Named LaZer because of its laser-like results, the LaZer Peel is a medium-depth peel and a pigment tackling powerhouse. A blend of acids work synergistically to target tough pigment concerns such as melasma. This unique formula contains hexylresorcinol, an anti-pigment agent, that has been shown to be four times more effective than hydroquinone, but without the side effects. The LaZer Peel also includes Glycolic, Citric, Lactic, Tranexamic, and Salicylic Acids, with Ascorbyl Glucoside rounding it out. This peel should be minimal to no downtime.
• Green Power- Lira Clinical’s spicule/liquid-microneedling peel, is acid free, composed entirely of natural ingredients that deliver results without the use of harsher acids. Green Power is a finely milled powder of spicules, green tea, and mastiha resin, that’s combined with just about any Lira Clinical product (a “carrier”), making it truly customizable. Being able to utilize a carrier is not only a great way for liquid-microneedling to be used at lighter-depths, but also to introduce clients and their skin to liquid-microneedling. Spicule peels originated from South Korea, where they were developed as part of the country's pioneering efforts in skincare innovation. South Korea is renowned for its advanced skincare industry, which continuously introduces new technologies and ingredients to enhance skin health and appearance.

The concept of spicule peels involves utilizing spicules, tiny needle-like structures that form the exoskeleton of marine sponges and certain types of coral. When massaged into the skin, they create a micro-channeling effect and act as a trans-epidermal delivery system, ensuring deep penetration of beneficial nutrients. 

As a result of South Korea’s influence in the skincare world, there is a strong interest in Korean skincare practices and innovations. They are recognized for their ability to deliver significant skincare benefits, such as improved skin texture, reduced acne scarring, and enhanced overall skin radiance, making them a sought-after treatment in the field of dermatology and aesthetics. 

When applied to the skin, the micro-particles of spicule, rich in minerals, penetrates into the dermis layer, creating microscopic channels in the skin, much like microneedling, for 36-72 hours. Spicule Peels vs. Microneedling

• Both microneedling and spicules create micro-channels in skin to stimulate collagen production 
• Microneedling uses a device with fine needles, while spicule peels use naturally derived spicules in a topical formulation. 

Downtime After Liquid Microneedling

While Liquid Microneedling has numerous benefits, it can also come with some downtime as your skin undergoes the regeneration process:

• Immediately after, you may feel a slight stinging or tingling sensation. Redness can appear for up to 36 hours, but gradually fades
• 2-3 days post-treatment, your skin may feel dry, and may also appear darker as dead skin cells surface
• 4-5 days post-treatment, your skin may feel even drier, and skin will begin to peel and fall off. Occasionally acne or pimples may be visible, but are temporary.
• 1 week post-treatment, all dead skin should have fallen off, leaving your skin smoother, brighter, clearer, and regenerated

Liquid Microneedling is suitable for most skin types and conditions, however a consultation is required prior to booking. During the consultation we will go over your paperwork, I will do a skin analysis, and we will determine what the best treatment plan is for you. Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that stimulates collagen production in the skin. It involves the use of a microneedling device to create thousands of microscopic microchannels in the skin, which stimulate the body’s natural healing process, including collagen and elastin production. Our microneedling treatment includes the use of exosomes, a more advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that combines the benefits of traditional microneedling with the regenerative properties of exosomes. When applied to skin during, and after the procedure, they enhance the body’s natural healing process, leading to faster and more significant improvements in skin health and appearance.

Exosomes are protective spheres known as extracellular vesicles released by cells. They contain proteins, lipids, and genetic material that facilitate intercellular communication. These exosomes are derived from stem cells, and contain growth factors, cytokines, and other signaling molecules that promote tissue repair and regeneration. New studies have even shown that the beneficial effects of stem cells actually occur because of the exosomes that stem cells secrete. So new science has shown us that it is the exosome containing the growth factors that is important, not the stem cell.
